Good Evening Parents

Please be aware that report cards were sent home on Thursday along with other important information such as Summer Enrichment Project, Uniform Policy, and MAP Student Data.

If your child did not attend school on Thursday, you can stop by the front office Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-3:00 pm to pick up the report card.

Some of you may have received notification that your child's report card is being held due to a lost/stolen textbook, ASEDP balance, or lost library books. This notice was not the initial notification but followed other communication during the school year from the respective departments.

ASEDP:
Balances can be paid beginning Wednesday, June 7th at the Camp WB office.

Textbooks and Library Books:
We are no longer accepting payments for lost/stolen textbooks or library books. We will resume accepting payments when the new school year begins in August.

If a textbook or library book is found over the summer, please feel free to return it to the main office during summer office hours, Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-3:00 pm.

We are still awaiting Georgia Milestones test results for our 3rd and 5th grade students, as ALL data has not been received from the State.

Actual results should be available for pick up during Open House in August. Parents of 3rd and 5th grade students will receive a letter in the mail indicating acceptable or below proficient performance. If your 3rd or 5th grade student was unsuccessful on the GA Milestones, which requires attendance at the DCSD Rising Scholars Program, you will receive a call from a Wynbrooke Administrator. Thanks in advance for your patience.

We ask that you visit our website June 1st for specific information on the Summer Enrichment Project, Supply List, Uniform Policy, etc.

Have a Terrific Holiday Weekend!
