Please keep in mind that we will be viewing the Solar Eclipse on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm and because of this don’t forget that school will end 1 hour later.
Mom and Dad we need your help at school that day so if you can join us to volunteer we would love to have you. But just know that you have to be on campus by 1:45 pm because the entrances to the school will be closed at 2:00 pm.
We are in need of volunteers to assist with moving students safely outside the building and monitoring them during the eclipse. We also need donations of solar snacks for each classroom to accompany planned lesson. They can include Milky Way, Mars bars, Starbursts, Moon Pies, Sun Chips, Pop Rocks, etc.
Please make sure that you have your permission slip signed and returned by tomorrow, Friday August 18th.
