Good Evening Wynbrooke Parents,Our faculty and staff have worked very hard over the past week preparing for Parent Pick-Up Days. During these designated time frames, parents can pick up students’ personal items, yearbooks purchased through PTA, class pictures, etc. Parents will also be able to return DCSD items such as textbooks, books from media center, band/orchestra instruments, etc. If returning items, be sure to use masking tape as a label with child’s name/teacher.
It was our ambitious goal to have reimbursements for field trips, or grade level dues if earned ready for personal pickup. Unfortunately, over the past five days, we have experienced challenges with network connectivity which has hindered our ability to generate more than 500 checks. We have completed reimbursement checks for parents with the last names beginning A-D and they will be available for pick on Thursday, June 17th. All other checks will be mailed over the next few days to the address we have on file in Infinite Campus. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding.

If you are not able to visit our campus according to the schedule above, all report cards and reimbursements will be mailed to the address we have on file in Infinite Campus. You will be able to retrieve your child’s personal belongings when schools open in the fall.
