Greetings Wynbrooke Family

We are excited to have this opportunity to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week (May 4th-8th). We are so appreciative of our OUTSTANDING teachers and sincerely thank them for their continuous efforts to make a positive difference in the lives of our students. Please help us say THANK YOU to our faculty and staff in the following ways:

  • Monday: Say Thanks-Send your child’s teacher a note of thanks via email
  • Tuesday: Share Smiles-Make your child’s teacher smile or laugh with a funny photo or video
  • Wednesday: Send Gifts-Give your child’s teacher a digital gift
  • Thursday: Sing Praises-Share an inspirational song or video with your child’s teacher
  • Friday: Spread Love-Use social media to give a positive shout out to your child’s teacher

Message from our Guidance Counselors:

The school year is almost over and your Caring Counselors would like to encourage you to help your child remain focused and diligent as he/she completes the remaining portion of their schoolwork.  Although we are all a part of this new experience, it is a rare opportunity for your child to improve on the grade that they had in early March, before Covid-19.  Your child's grade will remain the same if he/she is not doing the work.  For example, if your child had a grade of C or lower and he/she has chosen not to do any work because they do not believe that it counts, the grade will remain a C or lower.  Your Caring Counselors do not want to see that happen.  Therefore, let's make these last few days count and get the work done...the work for their Homeroom Teacher, Exploratory Teachers, and EIP Teachers.

Also, please email Dr. Mullins or Ms. Blow to let them know what has been the worst part of being quarantined during this Pandemic.

Your Caring Counselors

Wanda Blow and LaVorious Mullins

We continue to send hopes of good health and safety to our Wynbrooke Family! Have an amazing week!
