F2F vs Remotely Learning:

Parents, you  have an opportunity to decide whether your child will return to the building for F2F instruction or remain virtual. Thanks to all parents who completed the survey in January to inform us of your decision.

If your decision has changed since you completed the survey, please notify your child’s teacher via email and also cc [email protected]. The last day to change your decision is Friday, March 5th

Students who will return for F2F have been placed in cohorts based upon the first letter of the last name (Cohort A: A-M and Cohort B: N-Z). Your child’s teacher will notify you by Wednesday, March 3rd which cohort your child has been assigned. This will allow us to maintain class sizes for social distancing.

Staggered School Schedule Please review the DCSD Staggered Student Schedule for more details.

Students returning for F2F instruction will be expected to wear school uniforms. To review Wynbrooke’s Uniform Policy, please visit our website. You will also find a school supply list for students who will return. F2F School Supply List

At this time, there are no plans to offer after school care. Should this change we will be sure parents are aware.

On Thursday, March 4th we will host a parent meeting to discuss our re-entry plan and the logistics for our students’ return to the building. The meeting will begin promptly at 5:30 pm via Teams. Visit the Virtual Meetings tab on our website to access the meeting.

DCSD Password Upgrade for Students

Our district has completed the password upgrade for our region and effective immediately the previous grade level passwords will no longer be valid for access to their Chromebooks, Verge, Launchpad, Google, and any site that requires DCSD credentials.  If you or your child have not received the new password from their homeroom teacher, please request the new password from their homeroom teacher by sending an email or message through one of their communication methods such as email or Class Dojo.

Progress Reports for 9-Week Grading Period will be available in Infinite Campus on Monday, March 1st.

We look forward to an amazing week of virtual teaching and learning!
