Students were issued this assignment at the beginning of August and parents were to return signed acknowledgement by August 29, 2016 

 

1. Your child will also be required to complete an essay on his/her career choice/path. The essay should contain a minimum of three (3) paragraphs. Please work with your child on the content organization, understanding and conventions (cohesion, control of grammar, grammar usage and mechanics). Completion of the essay will assist your child as he/she prepares for the mandatory assignments required by the Georgia Department of Education. They grade for the Essay will be assigned by their homeroom teacher. The rubric is attached (Rubric 1). The Essay is due to your homeroom teacher on Monday, October, 31, 2016.  It may be emailed directly to Dr. Mullins ([email protected]).
